Every time you place an order with Spotless Aquariums we want to ensure that you are getting the highest quality live stock and in doing so we guarantee all of our live stock for a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery. We will guarantee that your order arrives alive and healthy to you and stays that way for seven days other wise we will issue you store use credit for your next order.  Your store credit is valid for a term of one (1) year from your date of purchase.  Shipping charges are non refundable unless their is a service failure that was not the result of an Act of God.
